It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, New Zealand Post will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Undeliverable Packages:
In cases where an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, New Zealand Post will return the package to us. Re-shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
